Adult Ministries Pastor/Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation efforts, facilitated through Engage and Dream Team Orientation, to help individuals learn more about Lifesong, become part of the church community, and join the team.
• Oversee the development, execution, and engagement of small groups for the purposes of community, care, and discipleship.
  • Work alongside pastors and ministry leaders to raise up and equip small group leaders.
  • Develop the small group direction and offering for each small group season.
  • Vet small group curriculum as needed.
  • Coordinate launch efforts for each small group season.
• Work directly with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor to shape vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries.
• Oversee the Impressions ministry in collaboration with the Impressions Director.
• Build and manage the Adult Ministries budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
• Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement. 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience building and leading teams
• 3-5 years of experiece in the Pastor or Director role
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
